What’s in a name: Waltson is derived from Walter Debeuckelaere and son: son of Walter.

Joost has a dream. After a long family history within the potato industry, consisting of cultivating potatoes, trading them and specialising in crisps potatoes, the time has come to take the next step. With bagfuls of knowledge about potatoes and family secretes dating back to Walter and André, Joost starts to produce his own artisan chips at the Keyaert.

What DO THEY SAY ABOUT US?

Nice! Paprika crips (without lactose!) are super crispy and have a nice mild taste!

We tasted the new crips from Staden over the weekend. The bag opens... and a nice natural scent comes out. They have a nice shape, taste very natural, are not greasy and very tasty naturally seasoned. Not over the top...a very good balance of flavoursome potatoes and spices.

Nice and crispy, a good amount for the family and a very nice bag. Congratulations to the Debeuckelaere family. An added value for the chips industry.🍀
